Dear Trunk Show Customer:
Allow me to explain how our Trunk Show Program works. Trunk shows book in one month increments. Please allow transit time to your location during the first week of booking date. Your quilts will arrive at your store via Fed Ex. At the end of your trunk show, quilts ship back out via Fed Ex call tag to the next scheduled customer. Happy Hollow Designs will initiate all necessary pickup requirements with Fed Ex. You will be notified as to pickup date.

Patterns & supplies will arrive two weeks prior to quilts for processing. Trunk Shows are not products on consignment. Patterns & accessories must be purchased in pre-determined assortments. If you have any additional questions please don't hesitate to contact me. Please book your trunk shows at your earliest convenience as dates fill quickly.
